Happy New Year!! 1 week later

Hello again my friends!
Well we are almost one week in to 2013, and so far this year has not been so nice to me. Dad came home from the hospital on New Years Eve after a few days stay to fight off pneumonia. I started looking for a new job on Wednesday, got hired on Wednesday, went home and promptly got sick myself. I don't know if it was bronchitis, or just a really bad cold, but it has been ugly. I am hopefully on the path to recovery now though. Although, I still have a nasty cough, a sore throat, and an off and on fever.
Anyways, enough about sickness. Let's talk about my new job. I am reservedly excited about it. It is a small raise, but its not in hospice, which makes me sad, and the hours aren't what I would ideally like either. One of my resolutions is to pay down our debt, and being that I will be working 40 + hours a week, this is a good place to start. At my previous job my hours had been cut from about 30 per week to 17, so this will feel like a huge raise, which will be very nice.
I have been thinking of things to blog about and I have a few ideas:

   Our story, what it's like to go through, why us?
Why we are choosing foster care
Our Love Story
So far those are the only things that I can think of. Which one would you like to read about first, and do you have any other things that you would like to know about me? If you don't know all of this already.
I'll try to wait until I get some comments before I post about them, but since I have some free time right now I may make one or two more posts tonight.
